Andrew R. Thomas, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of Marketing and International Business at the University of Akron and a bestselling author of 15 books. Another work, Direct Marketing in Action, was a finalist for the same award in 2008.

Jim Simon represents tax-exempt, government and business clients in a variety of matters including forming tax-exempt and for-profit entities, business and real estate acquisitions, leasing matters, public and low-income housing finance transactions, multiparty negotiations, and zoning and compliance matters.
Jim began his career as an attorney with Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP in 2000. From 2003-2006, Jim was the Director of Administration for the Summit County Engineer, overseeing the Engineer’s finance, human resources, IT and audit compliance functions. Jim returned to Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP in January 2007. Jim was named a partner in 2009.
Mr. Fender joined Smartlink LLC in September, 2013 as the Real Estate Specialist. Stefan is responsible with strategic and land use planning to benefit the newest technology for AT&T and Verizon’s telecommunication tower structures. Stefan leads his Real Estate team for the entire region of the Southwest USA. Prior to joining Smartlink LLC, Mr. Fender spent 4 years in three other different industries including Commercial Real Estate, Information Technology, and the Government where he interned at the city of Phoenix Planning Department. Stefan’s past experiences provide him with expertise in planning for the future using multiple resources. Stefan graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Urban Planning and a minor in Business. Mr. Fender also holds a Geographic Information Systems certificate and a Real Estate License in the state of Arizona. He currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Aleksandra Murgoska works as an Office Manager at the internationally well-known company XTRADE in their brand new entity in Skopje, Macedonia named MTS Trading Solutions.
Aleksandra is fully responsible on the operational and non-operational activities of the Macedonian entity and her main role is overseeing of more than 30 employees as well as facilitating in fulfilling the company’s monthly targets. Prior her employment Aleksandra was working as an International Business Development Analyst, at the Cabinet of Minister Jerry Naumoff, and the Government of the Republic of Macedonia.
Murgoska holds an MA Degree in comparative politics from Oklahoma State University. She pursued her BA in Political Science at East Central University, Oklahoma and an Associate Degree of Liberal Arts from Iowa Western Community College, Iowa where she received a full basketball athletic Scholarship.

Dushan Avramoski has 12 years of experience in dentistry which includes 4 years as the manager of a dental implant laboratory and 8 years as a dental technician. Dushan continues to educate himself and is a third year student at The State University in Tetovo and will graduate with a degree in Literature and English.
Dushan's native language is Macedonian but he is also fluent in English, Serbian, Croatian and Albanian.
Dushan is a life long resident of Tetovo, Macedonia. He likes to spend time with his family, being outdoors in nature, and traveling throughout Macedonia and neighboring countries.
