Michael Kormushoff has 30 years of experience in various areas of marketing, including sales, sales management, advertising, research, and strategic planning. Mr. Kormushoff also teaching marketing classes at the University of Akron and is very active in many community, church and business associations.
Adam Kormushoff graduated in 2006 from Ohio University with a BBA degree, focusing on three majors: Marketing, Management & Strategic Leadership, and International Marketing. Mr. Adam Kormushoff had interned and studied abroad in Spain and Australia. Has over 6 years of working experience in Sales over a breadth of industries; with a strong ability to adapt and adjust to abnormal, cross cultural and fast paced work environments.
For the past 5 years, Adam has found success in Chicago, IL as a Senior Account Executive with Groupon; world leading and fastest ever growing e-commerce website.
Michael Stakleff is a financial services professional with 9 years of experience in banking and investment real estate.
Michael graduated from The University of Akron in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Financial Services, Real Estate Concentration and a Minor in Entrepreurship.
Michael is a lifelong resident of Akron, Ohio, USA and enjoys international travel and volunteering as a youth sports coach.
Brandon Stakleff is in the final stages of completing the Ph.D. program in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Transportation Engineering, at the University of Akron. He has experience working in both the private and public sectors of design engineering working in the infrastructure division (which includes: traffic engineering and water resources). Mr. Stakleff’s current research focus utilizes engineering to further advance educational and enforcement practices in transportation safety.
Mr. Stakleff has a strong connection and experience with the University of Akron. His experience includes teaching classes, the procurement and management of research projects, the publication of journal articles, co-operative educational experiences, and community outreach programs.

Tom Metlovski

Tom Metlovski is the owner of Village Gardens Restaurant, recently honored as the Best Business of the Year by Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce.
Tom Metlovski established the restaurant in 1987 with his wife, Vicky, who died last year. Village Gardens has been at the same location on State Road for 27 years. The eatery caters to the local Falls Cancer Club and donates time during Thanksgiving to make and serve hot dinners for those who have no family or for the ones who do not have the means to provide for themselves.
Metlovski's twin daughters work along side him.
Mr. Fender has over 30 years of business experience in numerous fields including Energy, Aerospace, Capital Equipment and Medical Devices. Over the past 20 plus years he has been immersed in the development and manufacturing of innovative Medical Device products. Mr. Fender joined Ulthera in April, 2011 as the Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Ulthera Mr. Fender spent 19 years with Johnson & Johnson where he served in several leadership roles in both Operations and Research & Development. His past experience provides expertise in the development and commercialization of new products that enable rapid manufacturing scale-up and cost effective processes. He graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Civil Engineering.
Sarah Kormushoff graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree, where she studied French, Medieval History, American History, European History, Ancient World, Economics, and Literature. Having managed Nervous Dog, the #1 Coffee shop in Northeast Ohio for nearly 5 years, Ms. Kormushoff has proved to be a quick learner and problem solver with additional experience in management, retail, commercial and event management sectors. Ms. Kormushoff enjoys international travel, research, writing, painting and music.
